Argali Custom Apparel is committed to keeping you in control of your order, and ensuring you know exactly what you are going to get. We will inform you of the status of your order using authentic pictures of the embroidery, sample hat and final production of your hats (not renderings), and you will have autonomy from start to finish to ensure you get exactly what you want. We are committed to making sure that your hats are designed exactly the way you ordered them. Our ability to execute on the changes you prefer, and deliver to you a product that meets your precise expectations is exactly what differentiates us from the competition (Projected timeline may vary due to COVID supply chain delays). Your Caddy Tracker (C) will be available in your profile once you place an order.
1. TEE SHOT: ORDER SUBMITTED ONLINE
Once you place your order we will send you a confirmation email and we will send you a rendering / digital proof of your order for your review several business days after your order is submitted.
2. ON THE FAIRWAY: INITIAL EMBROIDERY CREATED
It will take approximately 30-60 days after the order is submitted for initial
embroidery to be completed (COVID delays may delay this by an unforeseen
amount). Once the initial embroidery is completed Argali Custom Apparel will
send you pictures giving you unlimited changes to ensure your order is completed correctly.
3. CLOSING IN: SAMPLE HAT COMPLETED
Once your initial embroidery is approved it will take another 30-60 days (COVID delays may extend this timeline by an unforeseen amount) for our team to create the sample hat for each style you have requested. Once your sample hat is completed we will send you numerous pictures of the design, and you will have the ability to make unlimited changes to the hat design to ensure your order is correct. If you decide to make changes it takes the factory approximately 30-60 days (COVID delays may extend this timeline by an unforeseen amount).
4. ON THE FRINGE: REQUESTED CHANGES MADE USING AN UPDATED SAMPLE HAT
Once you have approved the sample hat after changes have been made for each style we will proceed in creating the final production of your hat order. Once the final production is completed we will send you pictures of your hats, and you will still have the ability to make unlimited changes if you desire them (there is a low probability of this as a result of the hats being an exact match of the sample hat you approved). If you decide to make changes it takes the factory approximately 30-60 days (COVID delays may extend this timeline by an unforeseen amount). This step is optional, but usually takes place. We will send you pictures of all updated designs giving you unlimited changes to ensure it is exactly what you want.
5. ON THE GREEN: FINAL PRODUCTION IS COMPLETE
Once the final production is approved we will air freight (FedEx) your hats over the Pacific with the destination being our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. We do not believe in “drop-shipping” at Argali Custom Apparel. We want to see your hats first to inspect them and ensure they match your expectations.
6. IN THE HOLE: YOUR ORDER IS IN YOUR HANDS AND IT IS WHAT YOU ORDERED
Once we have inspected your hats to ensure they are correct we will ship them your way using FedEx (insurance and signature required). Once you receive the hats we are still committed to your satisfaction. If the hats are still not what you ordered we will remake them to your reasonable satisfaction (may vary depending on the situation). We always desire you feedback, and we would love to hear from you via email or social media.
